ESPN is reporting that Tennessee is focusing its head coaching search to a young coach from the Big Ten.
After being turned down by Oklahoma State’s Mike Gundy on Tuesday, Chris Low is reporting that Purdue’s Jeff Brohm is being targeted for the position.
Jeff Brohm is one of the most creative coaches in football. Players LOVE playing in that offense. Did a terrific job putting a jolt in #Purdue to get em to 6-6. Not a more unassuming HC in Power5. Still drives the same car since like 2006.. Would be a heckuva get for #Tennessee.

Brohm just finished his first regular season with the Boilermakers getting bowl eligible at 6-6. Purdue won a total of nine games in the four previous seasons to Brohm arriving. The former Louisville quarterback was 30-10 as the head coach at Western Kentucky.
